We are committed to getting your order to you as efficiently and reliably as possible. Here's how our shipping process works:

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Schedule:
We ship out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Once your order is processed, it will be sent to our trusted courier on the next scheduled shipping day.

Border Handling:
Your package is delivered to our courier who transports it across the border to our U.S. address. Tracking typically becomes active within 48 hours after handoff to the courier.

Tracking Updates:
Please note that tracking will not be available immediately after you place your order. It usually activates within 2 days of courier drop-off.

Cut-Off Time:
To make the next scheduled shipment, orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (noon) the day before a shipping day.
Example: To ship on Wednesday, please order by Tuesday at 12:00 PM.

Orders put in after Thursday 12pm will ship out Monday.
