USA CUSTOMER TARIFF INFORMATION

Sept 2 2025

We’re currently waiting on final approval of our CUSMA (Canada-U.S.-Mexico Agreement) paperwork with our courier.

What this means for you:

  • This is a one-time delay only while our account is being finalized.

  • Once approved, all qualifying orders will ship duty-free into the U.S. under CUSMA.

  • While we wait for approval, orders may be held a short time before shipping.

We know delays are frustrating and we want to be as transparent as possible so you can choose what works best for you. Thank you for your patience—this approval will make shipping smoother and cheaper for everyone going forward.

A Quick Note for My U.S. Customers:

I've been getting a few questions about the new U.S. tariffs and how they’ll affect orders from my shop, so here’s the scoop:

💡 Tariffs are charged to the buyer, not the seller.

They’re collected by U.S. customs when your package crosses the border—not added to my costs or built into my prices.

✅ Yes, I’m still shipping to the USA.

You can absolutely still order from me. I’m not stopping, and your order will still arrive just like before—just be aware of the new import fees.

📦 What might change for you:

Due to new U.S. rules, even low-value packages from Canada may be charged a tariff of around 45–50% of the item’s value by U.S. customs. That could be $3–5 USD on a $10 item.

I know this sucks—but I’ll continue to do everything I can to keep my pricing fair and my service amazing. I appreciate the heck out of your support, and I’ll keep you updated as policies shift.
